Warranty
One year maintenance service (Does not include personal damages). One year free maintenance includes: interior camera hardware problems. Customer is responsible for return shipment. Factory provides free repair or replacement and shipment back to customer.
The second year of non-free maintenance: The customer is responsible for shipment/ return to factory. Depending on the conditions of the machine, our factory is not responsible for any hardware damages. If there is a need to replace or repair the device, the factory will issue a quotation to customer before processing.
Should there be any dispute, Keepguard Ltd., reserves the right of final decision.
